What this value means

Includes three one-off 2026 declarations (15-16 Jan elections; 12 May inauguration). UNDECLARED MOVABLE: Mawlid (Birth of the Prophet) is in the statutory schedule but has no declared 2026 date as of 2026-07-15 and is not observed as a day off in practice (~26 Aug if ever declared). NRM Liberation Day (26 Jan) is omitted from the 2023 law-revision schedule — apparently a revision artifact — but remains on official government calendars and is fully observed, so it is included. No weekend substitution applies (Women's Day fell on a Sunday, not moved). Presidential s.2(2) declarations can add days at 1-2 days' notice.
