Décret n° 2023-1710 sets: SMIG = 370,526 FCFA/heure (~64,223 FCFA/mois for 173.33 h) and SMAG = 236,865 FCFA/heure (~49,268 FCFA/mois), effective 1 July 2023. This is the last statutory revaluation (an ~11% rise from the prior SMIG). CAUTION: many aggregators still quote obsolete figures (e.g. 209.10 or 333.808 FCFA/heure, or 52,500/58,900 FCFA/mois) — those are pre-2023 and should be ignored. No newer decree found as of 2026-07-15; unions continue to press for a further increase, so re-verify against a new décret.
