What this value means
Both 2026 Eids are declared (Eid dates are announced each year by the Rwanda Moslems' Association / MIFOTRA, typically only days ahead — treat future-year Eid dates as provisional). Umuganura is the first Friday of August. Caution: the gov.rw holidays widget renders several dates incorrectly and omits 2 Jan and the Eids — this calendar follows the gazetted order plus official declarations instead.
